Our first season with tropical home watch, and they exceeded all of our expectations! The piece of mind was well worth the fee, Tammy was there every time we needed her. Mike and Tammy Hilliard are 30 year full-time residents of Sarasota County where they raised their 4 children. They decided they would enjoy a business serving seasonal and permanent residents and Tropical Home Watch Services was born.

Mike has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has owned and sold a successful business. In his career he has managed multiple high end projects throughout Florida and the Caribbean. His ability to focus on the details, balance multiple projects at once, get things done timely with the utmost satisfaction has afforded him great success in his career.

Tammy has 20 years of experience owning her own cleaning business with multiple long-term clients entrusting her with watching their homes while they were away. Her common sense approach to different situations gives her the skills needed to care for your home.
